Shipping & Returns

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We cannot combine shipping costs for multiple orders, modify or edit any orders once they have been submitted so please make sure to double check that all the details are correct before submitting an order. All international orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges at this time. 

All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days from Lima, Peru. During times of high order volume this may be subject to change. Please allow an extra 3-5 business days for order processing. Customer will be sent a tracking number at the time of purchase. All international orders ship via DHL and generally take 7-15 business days from ship date until delivery. 

The buyer is responsible for any import or custom fees that may apply. Pima Lima will not refund any orders that are refused or returned to sender. Furthermore, any return shipping charges for orders that are refused, denied or initiated by the carrier will be charged to the customer or deducted from the refund total. 

Please note that once a package tracks as ‘Delivered’, Pima Lima will not be held responsible for replacing if stolen, missing or accidentally shipped to an old or invalid address provided by the customer. 


DUTIES & IMPORT FEES

We are not responsible for any import taxes or duties imposed by the country of import. All cross border duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

We want you to be completely happy, so our return policy is as follows:

All products supplied by Pima Lima meet the guarantees demanded by the current legislation and ourselves. If you purchased an item on the site and wish to return it, please contact us at info@pimalima.com. We will guide you through our return process.

  • You must contact us within 7 working days from the reception of the item;
  • The goods have to be undamaged and unused, with all Pima Lima labels and tags intact. The items must be in its original packaging and is not worn, washed, damaged or had had the tags removed;
  • Keep the supporting document of the purchase given by Pima Lima;
  • You must ship back the parcel with a tracked service in order to be able to monitor the returned items;
  • We advise you use a traceable method of shipping as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
